Is-sinjal għal VELU TAT-TIEĠ għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel isir sinjal modifikat għal VELU. L-idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ 5 u jduru qrib tar-ras, minn fuq il-wara tar-ras sal-ispalel. (ii) Imbagħad isir is-sinjal għal ŻWIEĠ. (ii) Imbagħad isir is-sinjal għal ĊURKETT. Id waħda tieqaf forma ta’ 5 bis-swaba’ mifrudin u bil-pala tħares ’l isfel. Is-saba’ l-kbir u l-werrej tal-id l-oħra jimxu mal-ġnub tas-saba’ taċ-ċurkett tal-id il-wieqfa.
The sign for WEDDING VEIL has two parts. (i) First a modified sign for VEIL is made. Both hands take the shape of 5 and move round close to the head from the top back of the head to the shoulders. (ii) Then the sign for RING is made with one hand held stationary in the shape of 5 with fingers apart and palm facing downwards. The thumb and index finger of the other hand move along the sides of the ring finger of the stationary hand.
